NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ACCEPTED OUTSIDE OF THE UK- Please double check your size against the size charts before ordering.
Any custom orders can not be exchanged or returned. (eg Year on sweatshirt changed)

I embroider everything to order so I try to minimise returns/ exchanges where possible, so please check your size against the size guide measurements!
If an item just isn't right for you and you would like a refund/ exchange please see below.
Refund/exchanges
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within a week of receiving the item.
- Always inform us before returning an item.
- Any returned garments must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, the condition is checked before fully refunded or another size is sent.
- Return postage is the customers responsibility unless agreed via email/messages sorry we can't cover the cost again.
- Ideally posted back in the box or bag it was sent in and a parcel bag to protect the item from getting wet
- For exchanges as we offer free postage for the original item there is an extra £3.40 for us to send an exchange (Price may change depending on the size of the parcel).
- Any refunds once approved will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
